Employees quickly get the hang of using the PcClock "Punch" screen.

At the PcClock "Punch" screen he can clock-in and out, change from one department to another, enter tips and view his last punch.  If Job Costing is tracked he can enter Job information. He can either use the PC’s keyboard or the PC’s mouse to select a function and enter his badge number. 

The optional badge reader lets him swipe an ID badge whenever he is asked for his badge number.
